The Other Side of the Trade

Every market needs a counterparty. While Robinhood Chain celebrates the retail uprising, somebody has been quietly on the other side of every fill since 1907: the Bankors.

They are 3,333 pixel professionals of the old school — vault keepers, rate setters, foreclosure men, monocled partners, marble chairmen, the occasional skeleton still holding the book. Powdered wigs and pinstripes. Gold bars and audit flags. They do not chase the market. They are the market, and they would like their money back.

Drawn on a 24×24 grid with a single shared palette — visible pixels, hard edges, no anti-aliasing. The restraint of an engraving, the charm of a sprite. Every Bankor is assembled from 259 hand-drawn traits under strict house rules (statues do not wear spectacles; the Chairman is not repeated), generated once from a fixed, published seed, and frozen forever.

The Nine Legendaries

Nine one-of-one Bankors sit at the top of the hierarchy, scattered at secret token IDs across the 3,333:

The Vault & The Game

Every Bankor has a floor. Deposit a Bankor into the Vault and it pays you 20,000 $BANKOR on the spot — one atomic transaction from an immutable contract nobody controls, including us. Reclaim any vaulted Bankor for 20,000 + 5%. The 20,000 refills the reserve forever; the 5% premium goes to the players and the machine — never the team. Even the exit door pays the players.

Every Bankor has a job. Clock yours in and its desk works automatically — funding, spreads, arbitrage, never direction. Your part is one decision a day: Call or No-Call. Ranks climb on evidence, from Teller to Managing Director, and rank multiplies every paycheck — 1.0× at the bottom, 2.5× at the top, no shortcuts sold. Every decision is written to a ledger that travels with the token when you sell. The résumé is the asset.

The collection publishes THE PRIME RATE — the aggregate cost of money across all 3,333 books — every single session. Full terms in The Vault Papers.

Provenance

The whole collection derives from one published seed. Each image is SHA-256 hashed; hashes are concatenated in token order and hashed once more to a single provenance record, fixed before mint. Change one pixel anywhere and the record breaks.

Mint

The Bankors mint on Robinhood Chain via the canonical SeaDrop contract — the same rails as the rest of the chain's collections. Fixed supply 3,333, no reserves beyond the nine legendaries, metadata frozen at reveal.
